We are now looking for a Marketing Operations Coordinator to join our wider Marketing team.

About the Role

The Marketing Operations Coordinator plays a crucial role in supporting the Marketing Operations team by ensuring the efficiency of marketing tools and processes. This role involves maintaining key systems such as the marketing automation platform (Marketo) and CRM (Salesforce), assisting with data management tasks, including list uploads, and collaborating with both marketing and sales teams to execute and optimise email campaigns effectively.

We value in-person collaboration here at Matillion, therefore this role follows our hybrid work structure where employees work 2 days a week in the Manchester office.

• Jump in to help launch and optimize campaigns across emails, events, webinars, landing pages, and automation workflows
• Keep our marketing data clean, organized, and reliable so the whole team can move faster
• Troubleshoot and smooth out hiccups in lead flow, campaigns, and integrations—keeping everything running seamlessly
• Track performance with reports and metrics, then turn insights into ideas for what we can improve next
• Level up our processes by documenting workflows, streamlining the lead journey, and experimenting with new tools (including AI-powered innovations)
  

• A degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field (or equivalent practical experience)
• Detail-oriented multitasker who thrives in fast-paced, cross-functional environments
• Hands-on familiarity with marketing automation and CRM tools (e.g. Marketo, Salesforce, HubSpot, Pardot, Eloqua)
• Comfortable with data—able to analyze campaign performance using Excel, Google Sheets, or similar tools
• A curious, proactive problem-solver with a passion for process optimization, new technology (especially AI), and collaborative teamwork
  

At Matillion, we are committed to providing competitive salaries in line with market standards. Our estimated compensation range for this position is £30,000 - £45,000, but the final salary will be based on your relevant skills, experience and qualifications demonstrated in the hiring process.
