As the Marketing Planning Manager, you’ll transform global CX and omnichannel strategies into powerful local marketing plans. Working closely with the Networks of Excellence (NoEs) and our Hub, you’ll create and implement full-funnel campaigns that drive conversion, retention, and brand loyalty across key customer segments. You’ll oversee digital experiences and empower sales teams and channel partners to succeed — all within the annual planning cycle.

What You’ll Do

  • Use local insights and collaborate with NoEs and business partners to build tailored annual omnichannel CX plans. These plans will boost retention and sales for priority customer segments, including B2C, B2B, and B2B2C.
  • Work with the Hub and agencies to adapt digital assets—such as CRM journeys, loyalty programs, promotions, and web/chat tools—ensuring they meet technical, compliance, and brand standards.
  • Customize global content and toolkits for local channel partners, aligning with regulatory requirements and market needs.
  • Lead the execution of CX initiatives and CRM activations across priority digital channels, incorporating the latest technology and trends to enhance engagement and measurable impact.
  • Manage customer service, onboarding, and sales enablement processes to improve customer satisfaction and retention, reusing or tailoring materials as needed.
  • Conduct A/B tests and experiments to refine content, using your expertise to propose fresh ideas that enhance customer experience.
  • Build strong relationships with local sponsors, Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs), partners, and affiliates to deliver exceptional customer experiences.
  • Collaborate with marketing and business teams to ensure alignment between plans and broader business strategies.
  • Ensure all marketing activities align with local regulations, tax laws, and language standards.
  • Track and report on customer engagement and CX performance, turning insights into actionable improvements for continuous optimization.
  • Deliver marketing activities that meet or exceed KPIs, optimize Marketing return on investment, and improve Hub utilization, content reuse, and SLA fulfillment year after year.


What You’ll Need to Succeed

  • Extensive experience in customer and channel marketing with hands-on experience in CX execution across multiple channels, preferably within a multinational matrix organization.
  • Proven success managing large-scale, customer-focused initiatives in fast-paced industries.
  • Retail marketing experience
  • Strong background in sales enablement and partner marketing.
  • Sharp analytical, organizational, and business skills to optimize campaigns and ensure compliance.
  • Deep understanding of local market trends, customer behavior, and channel marketing — plus digital savvy to drive innovation and strategy.
  • Excellent communication and budget management skills to juggle multiple priorities smoothly.
  • Confidence to make informed decisions within process guidelines and find opportunities to streamline or improve workflows without sacrificing quality.
  • Exceptional project management skills and a customer-first approach that balances long-term business impact with immediate value.

Who You’ll Work With

You’ll be part of a dynamic regional marketing team, collaborating with dedicated marketers who activate brand and customer experience to drive market performance and deliver KPIs.

You’ll support your leader and work closely with the Networks of Excellence (NoEs) to bring local insights into global initiatives.

Partnering with the Hub, Sales, and other market teams, you’ll implement annual plans and optimize marketing activities.

You’ll engage with sponsors, partners, agencies, and subject matter experts to ensure impactful customer outcomes.

Finally, you’ll coordinate with CX and CRM specialists across NoEs and the Hub to align execution and activation efforts seamlessly.
