Marketing Science & Measurement Lead (Contract)

London (3 days onsite)

Up to £360/day (Umbrella)

9-12 months Contract

We’re hiring a Marketing Science & Measurement Lead to join a global fintech SaaS organisation, supporting the EMEA Marketing Science team. This role sits at the intersection of digital marketing, paid media, and advanced analytics, helping the business move from correlation-based reporting to causal, incrementality-led decision making.

The role

Translate Marketing Mix Model (MMM) outputs into clear budget and investment recommendations
Support forecasting and scenario modelling to inform marketing and finance decisions
Lead analysis within Data Clean Rooms (particularly Meta Advanced Analytics)
Design and execute conversion and brand lift experiments
Help stakeholders move beyond vanity metrics to incremental value and profit

What we’re looking for

5+ years’ experience in marketing science, measurement, or advanced analytics

Strong SQL skills (CTEs, window functions, complex joins). Ability to write complex CTEs, window functions, and optimize joins for distributed systems.

Hands-on experience with MMM and statistical modelling. Understanding of Bayesian inference, adstock transformations, and saturation curves.

Solid understanding of experimentation and causal measurement

Ability to clearly explain complex insights to non-technical stakeholders

Nice to have: Data Clean Room experience, AdTech or paid media knowledge, Bayesian methods.
