The Role
You’ll be instrumental in bringing our campaigns to life across multiple touchpoints — email, social, web, and events — by owning and optimising our HubSpot CRM.
In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive inbound marketing strategies using HubSpot’s suite of tools to attract, engage, and convert our target audience. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to create compelling content, optimise lead generation campaigns, and analyse marketing performance metrics.
As a HubSpot Marketing Specialist, you will play a vital role in enhancing our brand presence and driving customer engagement through various digital marketing channels. Your expertise in HubSpot CRM and marketing automation will enable you to streamline processes, nurture leads, and support the overall growth of the company.
The Day Job
- Campaign Execution: Plan and deliver digital marketing campaigns using HubSpot aligned with GTM strategies
- CRM Management: Maintain and segment a high-quality database to support targeted and compliant outreach
- Platform Optimisation: Leverage HubSpot tools like workflows, reporting, and AI features to boost efficiency
- Content Distribution: Deliver email campaigns, landing pages, and social content to support ongoing engagement
- Lead Nurturing: Build forms and workflows to capture and progress leads through the funnel
- SDR Alignment: Work closely with SDRs for lead handover and feedback to refine campaigns
- Event Marketing: Support planning, promotion, and tracking of webinars and in-person events
- Performance Reporting: Monitor KPIs and campaign metrics to guide optimisation
- Audience Insights: Conduct research to inform segmentation and content direction
- Continuous Learning: Stay updated on HubSpot tools and digital marketing trends to improve outcomes

- Proficient in HubSpot CRM and Marketing Hub, with hands-on experience in using its tools for email marketing, automation, lead management, and analytics.
- Strong understanding of inbound marketing principles and best practices, including SEO, content marketing, and social media strategies.
- Familiarity with data analysis and reporting tools, enabling the ability to interpret marketing metrics and derive actionable insights.
- Experience in creating and optimising landing pages and lead generation forms to enhance user experience and maximise conversions.
- Understanding of lead nurturing workflows and segmentation strategies to effectively target different customer personas.
- Familiarity with marketing automation, CRM lifecycles, AI-driven tools and Agents to streamline processes and improve customer experience

- A minimum of 2-3 years of end-to-end HubSpot experience, either agency or client-side. Experience in delivering multichannel marketing campaigns (email, social, web, events), specifically with a focus on HubSpot and inbound marketing strategies.
- Relevant HubSpot certifications (e.g., HubSpot Inbound Marketing Certification, HubSpot Content Marketing Certification) are highly desirable.
- Strong team player who can co-create standout campaigns with Product Marketing, Sales, and external partners
- Proven track record of successfully managing marketing campaigns from inception to execution, with measurable outcomes.
- Experience working in a startup or fast-paced environment, demonstrating adaptability and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Experience in Data, AI, or enterprise SaaS products
- Exposure to ABM strategies or sales enablement processes
