We are seeking a proactive and versatile Senior Marketing Specialist to join our growing team. In this generalist role, you will play a crucial part in executing our marketing initiatives across content creation, event management, and brand building, working closely with and reporting directly to the Lead Marketing Manager. You will be instrumental in amplifying our company's voice and ensuring our message reaches our target audience effectively.
Key responsibilities
As a Senior Marketing Specialist, you'll be involved in a wide range of activities, taking ownership of key projects and contributing significantly to our company's visibility and reputation. Key Responsibilities
- Support the creation and development of high-quality, authoritative content, including in-depth case studies and insightful white papers, to significantly enhance the company's industry credibility. You can see some of the brilliant insights we've created to-date here.
- Support the end-to-end planning, coordination, and execution of industry-specific events, including logistics, promotional campaigns, attendee engagement, and post-event analysis.
- Take primary responsibility for managing and optimising the company website, ensuring it is always current and engaging
- Support brand awareness across social media channels and platforms.
- Monitor marketing performance metrics, analyse data, and provide detailed reports and actionable recommendations to the Marketing Manager.
- Conduct market research to identify emerging trends, competitive landscape, and new opportunities for marketing initiatives.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Industry teams, Service Lines, Internal communications and other internal teams to ensure consistent messaging and integrated marketing efforts.
- Proactively identify opportunities for process improvements and efficiency gains within marketing operations.
- Support the Lead Marketing Manager in planning and special projects as required, demonstrating initiative and a readiness to take on challenges.
Skills, knowledge and expertise
The following skills will be assessed during the application process
- Proven experience in a marketing role with a strong track record of successful campaign execution.
- Demonstrable expertise in content creation, specifically writing, editing, and producing professional documents like case studies, blogs and white papers.
- Experience in event management, including planning, execution, promotion, and analysis of industry-specific events.
- Knowledge of digital marketing tools and platforms, including website content management systems (CMS) and social media management tools.
- Knowledge of Hubspot and Salesforce.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with the ability to craft clear, concise, and persuasive content for diverse audiences.
- Highly organised with strong project management skills and the ability to manage multiple projects independently.
- Analytical mindset with proven ability to interpret data, measure campaign effectiveness, and make data-driven recommendations.
- Proactive, resourceful, and capable of working with minimal supervision while collaborating effectively within a small team.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a keen eye for detail.
- Up-to-date knowledge of current marketing trends and best practices.

How we hire
Our hiring process is designed to be thorough, transparent, and supportive, guiding candidates through each step. The exact process may vary slightly depending on the role but these are the typical steps candidates can expect.
We'll keep you updated throughout the process and provide helpful feedback at each stage. No matter the outcome, we make sure the feedback is useful and supportive, so you feel informed and can learn from the experience.
Our talent team will review all applications, and while we may use AI to help speed up the process, a real human will always make the final decisions. Once reviewed, shortlisted applicants will be invited to a screening.
This is a 25-30 minute call with someone in our talent team who is hiring for the role.
Once screenings have taken place the hiring manager will review the shortlist and invites to interview will be sent.
You may then be invited to an initial virtual interview which is usually with the hiring manager or a couple of members from the team. This is usually around 45 - 60 minutes and the format may vary depending on the role.
If you progress, you'll be invited to a final stage interview which is usually with two members of the team. The format varies depending on the role and this is usually an hour.
