Role Overview
As our Marketing Specialist, you will be instrumental in localising and amplifying EDRMedeso’s presence in Poland. Your main objective will be to drive brand awareness and lead generation through localised content, paid campaigns, and performance-driven digital initiatives. You will adapt our content to the local audience, manage digital campaigns, support content translation and creative adaptation, and maintain close attention to analytics and performance metrics. You will work cross-functionally with our central marketing team, sales, and local stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
🎯 Localisation & Content Adaptation
- Adapt global and regional content into culturally and linguistically relevant material for the Polish market.
🚀 Digital Marketing & Brand Awareness
- Develop and manage Google Ads campaigns targeting Poland to build brand awareness and generate leads.
- Create and schedule organic and paid social media content, leveraging existing materials and new ideas.
- Create and adapt visuals to local requirements and formats.
📊 Analytics & Performance Tracking
- Monitor and optimise digital marketing performance
- Build and maintain dashboards to track campaign performance, traffic, and engagement metrics.
- Provide regular performance reporting and insights to stakeholders.
- Support video content creation to enhance campaigns or social media storytelling.
- Assist in website improvements or adjustments tailored to the Polish market.
What We're Looking For
- 5+ years of experience in digital marketing, preferably in a B2B environment.
- Google Ads (Search, Display): Proficiency in campaign setup, optimization, and reporting.
- Social Media Marketing: Experience with platforms like LinkedIn, Facebook, and Instagram, especially in B2B context.
- Marketing Automation: Familiarity with automation tools, preferably Pardot (Salesforce) for lead nurturing and email campaigns.
- Google Analytics 4 (GA4): Ability to build dashboards, track user behaviour, and interpret performance metrics.
- Campaign Tracking: UTM tagging, conversion tracking, and interpreting funnel data for lead quality insights.
- KPI Reporting: Experience summarizing digital performance for management teams.
- Fluent Polish speaker (native or near native). Candidates must also be able to communicate effectively in English to a professional working standard (spoken and written).
- Experience adapting global content to suit local cultural and linguistic contexts.
- Basic design adaptation skills (Canva, Adobe, or working with designers).
- Ability to juggle multiple tasks and meet campaign deadlines.
- Organised and proactive, with self-driven initiative to identify marketing gaps or opportunities.
- Experience working in international cross-functional teams (sales, technical, marketing)
- Understanding of SEO best practices for Polish content.
- CMS experience (e.g., WordPress, HubSpot) for website updates.
