Marketing Student Assistant

As our new Marketing Student Assistant you will work alongside dynamic, innovative-thinking marketers who are all great team players and passionate about taking our brand to the next level.

We offer a hybrid work model for our employees to allow for flexibility and productivity. However, we do expect you to spend most of your time in the office to build community and efficiency in the team.

Exciting work is waiting for you

• Assist with administrative and general marketing tasks as needed
• Support the development of campaigns across multiple channels, reporting on performance and learnings
• Assist with data entry, CRM updates and maintaining accurate records of campaign and events
• Liaise between the team and other relevant parties such as: sales, product and finance
• Support with invoicing, contracts, event venue finding, tracking and logistics
• Manage relationships with Associations

Things we’ll look for on your resume

To be the right candidate for this position, we expect you to have marketing, Business or Communications background.

You have copywriting and analytical skills. You are proactive and thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Proficiency in Microsoft office, especially Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.

You are confident with web analytics and have the ability to generate new ideas and original solutions.

Organized, proactive and able to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.

As a person you are proactive and motivated, with an analytical and critical mindset. You are results-driven, have a strong sense of accountability and a desire to learn and evolve. Ideally, it excites you to be a part of a fast-paced working environment, and you should possess the ability to operate with urgency and prioritize work accordingly.
