We’re looking for an experienced Marketing Transformation Strategist to join our team, focusing on customer experience. You will have a background in building strategy, blended with an ability to seek out growth opportunities. You’ll be an architect of the customer journey, with the ability to step outside the transformation and deliver.

As a Marketing Transformation Strategist, you will:
Partner with senior marketing leaders to define the vision, purpose and strategic ambitions of client’s marketing functions
Lead and manage project workstreams as part of larger client projects – guiding small to medium sized teams to deliver high-quality outcomes
Advise clients on the strategic application of Generative AI and agentic technologies across people, process and technology to identify and unlock opportunities that deliver genuine, bottom-line impact.
Advise marketing leadership on how Generative AI and agentic technologies can strategically transform their function across people, processes and technology.
Support business development activities – across proposal development, pitch delivery, commercial scoping and pricing
Assess client capability gaps in areas such as: Operating model, Insights, Segmentation & Portfolio Strategy, Strategy & Planning, Customer Engagement and Digital marketing
Lead in shaping and co-creating Capability Strategies, Operating Models, Transformational Roadmaps and Change Management programmes – collaborating with cross-functional teams across Accenture to deliver end-to-end transformation programmes
We are looking for you to have:
Previous experience in a similar Customer Experience/CRM Strategic role, within marketing, digital, or consulting within a leading blue-chip brand, consultancy or agency.
Proven ability to design and lead complex marketing or experience transformation projects, managing multi‑disciplinary teams.
Broad experience across key marketing disciplines — e.g., insight, strategy & planning, innovation, customer experience, e-commerce, social and digital.
Strong capability in diagnosing client needs, analysing market trends, shaping marketing strategies and advising on execution requirements across tech, data, creative and AI.
Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams to improve customer acquisition, engagement, loyalty and monetisation.
Ability to identify growth opportunities and drive performance improvements using analytics and insight.
Deep, practical understanding of Generative AI and agentic technologies, including:
Strategic advisory experience helping clients understand and implement these technologies.
Hands‑on experience with techniques such as prompt engineering.
