MarTech Consultant - Retail - £800 per day - 6 Month Contract

A leading retail business is seeking a Martech Consultant. This role offers the opportunity to be part of a global digital transformation, building technology that powers world-class customer engagement, personalization, and campaign orchestration. The successful candidate will work across complex challenges spanning data, platforms, and customer touchpoints, making a real impact on millions of customers.

The Role

• Lead the design and implementation of Martech ecosystems using platforms such as Braze and mParticle.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business goals into technical solutions, engaging with marketing, product, engineering, and data teams.
• Architect and integrate Martech platforms with CRM, CDP, mobile/web applications, and data warehouses.
• Drive real-time engagement by implementing SDKs, APIs, and webhooks for data ingestion and activation.
• Ensure data integrity, compliance (GDPR, CCPA), and platform scalability.
• Support campaign design, segmentation, and personalization strategies across email, push, in-app, and web.

Your Profile

• Experience in Braze, mParticle, OneTrust, and ForgeRock.
• Strong knowledge of customer data infrastructure, identity resolution, and consent management.
• Proven experience with event schema design, data pipelines, and real-time personalization.
• Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to engage senior business leaders.
