The Role
The Martech Specialist will help power Heidi’s operational engine, ensuring our GTM systems, data, and campaigns run seamlessly. You’ll play a hands-on role in maintaining and improving our marketing and sales technology stack - keeping workflows efficient, reporting accurate, and insights actionable.
This role is ideal for a technically minded operator who enjoys solving problems, managing tools, and making complex systems work smoothly behind the scenes. You’ll flex across a range of operational projects - from campaign automation and lead flow management to system troubleshooting and data hygiene.
Sitting within the RevOps function, you’ll work closely with Marketing, Sales, and GTM teams to ensure every touchpoint in the funnel is connected, measurable, and optimized for growth.
What you’ll do:
Strong data mindset - comfortable building dashboards, analysing funnel metrics, and turning insights into action. Good understanding of lead routing, attribution, and integrations across GTM and analytics tools. A tech-savvy problem solver who enjoys improving systems, automating processes, and making things run smoothly. A great collaborator and communicator, able to document workflows clearly and work closely with Marketing, Sales, and Ops.
