We currently have an exciting opportunity for a talented and highly motivated individual to join OXcan’s Research and Development team as a Mass Spectrometrist.
Reporting to the Director of Mass Spectrometry, the successful candidate will play a key role in advancing OXcan’s research initiatives by conducting high-quality mass spectrometry analyses, supporting sample preparation workflows, and ensuring reliable instrument performance through routine maintenance, calibration, and troubleshooting. The role offers an excellent opportunity to work closely with multidisciplinary teams in a fast-paced biomedical research environment, contributing to the generation of robust experimental data, maintaining high standards of technical documentation (including SOPs, protocols, and reports), and supporting the delivery of research outcomes including academic publications. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong attention to detail, a commitment to safety and quality, and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively while training and supporting junior scientists and technicians.
