The Challenge

We are looking for a dynamic and versatile individual who acts as our internal fixer and all-rounder. This is not a typical, narrowly-defined role. You will be parachuted into different parts of the business to solve our most critical and complex problems.

One quarter you might be building a high-performing team, the next you could be rolling out new AI initiatives or elevating a successful department to its next level of performance. You will be a trusted partner to teams and leaders across the organisation, using your analytical prowess and high emotional intelligence to diagnose issues, devise innovative solutions, and deliver results. This role requires a hands-on approach; you will be as comfortable leading a project squad as you are diving into the data yourself.

Your Impact

Requirements


Your Profile

  • An Experienced Problem-Solver: Your career history is not linear but demonstrates growth and achievement through regular changes in industry, job function, or business area. You have likely held internally focused roles such as in Operations, Enablement, or R&D and have experience in a scale-up environment
  • An Analytical Powerhouse: You have a strong academic background, with a preference for analytical or math-related subjects. You are an analytical powerhouse and data wizard who approaches problem-solving from first principles
  • An AI Enthusiast: You possess a genuine excitement for AI and are an early adopter. You can speak at length about what you have tried and learned, and are actively finding ways to apply it in your work
  • A Versatile Leader and Teammate: You are an exceptional, clear communicator. You can lead a team effectively but are not attached to titles and are equally happy being a hands-on individual contributor. People trust you to get things done
  • Driven by Impact, Not Status: You are motivated by challenge, variety, freedom, and working on hard problems with brilliant people. You are not climbing a traditional career ladder; you are focused on gaining experience and doing engaging work
