Materials Buyer

Material Buyer – Aviation MRO

We are seeking an experienced Material Buyer to join our team, supporting aircraft maintenance, repair, and operations (MRO).

We are specifically looking for candidates with proven experience working with aviation materials, components, and consumables.

Key Responsibilities:

• Source and procure aircraft parts, materials, and consumables from approved suppliers.
• Ensure all purchases comply with aviation regulations (EASA, FAA) and internal quality standards.
• Negotiate pricing, delivery terms, and contracts to optimize cost and performance.
• Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with stores to maintain optimal stock.
• Liaise with engineering, maintenance, and logistics teams to understand material requirements.
• Track and expedite orders to meet operational deadlines.
• Maintain accurate records and support audits with full traceability.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in aviation materials procurement for MRO environments.
• Strong knowledge of aircraft parts and regulatory compliance.
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and organizational skills.
