Are you ready to inspire and lead? We are offering an exciting opportunity for a passionate, forward thinking, enthusiastic and motivated Paediatric Nurse / Nurse with Paediatric experience who will be able to provide senior clinical leadership for our children and young peoples' services
You will bring with you a proven track record of managing people, transforming services and have experience in similar clinical environments.
Strategic & Operational Leadership: Provide strategic, operational, and clinical nursing leadership within the Children and Young Persons ’s Services (CYP) Division, ensuring the consistent development and delivery of high-quality, efficient, and patient-centred nursing services.
Clinical Transformation: Lead and implement a clinical transformation programmes for CYP nursing, working collaboratively with the leadership team to drive service improvement and enhance patient outcomes.
Governance & Quality: Collaborate with the leadership team to uphold robust governance, maintain high patient quality and safety standards, and continuously improve the patient experience within the Division.
Strategic Service Development: Play a key role in shaping the future of CYP services, contributing to strategic planning and service innovation.
