Job Summary

We are looking for a highly skilled Maximo Technical Developer Team Lead with over 12 years of handson experience in automation scripting and reporting The ideal candidate will lead a team of developers ensuring the successful implementation and support of IBM Maximo solutions This role requires strong technical expertise leadership abilities and a passion for innovation

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team of Maximo developers providing technical guidance and support
• Design develop and implement automation scripts and reports within the IBM Maximo environment
• Design and develop integration solutions with different applications and approaches
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions
• Ensure the quality and performance of Maximo applications through rigorous testing and optimization
• Manage project timelines deliverables and resources effectively
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to Maximo applications
• Stay updated with the latest Maximo features best practices and industry trends
• Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards
• Develop and maintain technical documentation
• Foster a collaborative and innovative team environment

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Technology or a related field
• Over 10 years of experience in Maximo development with a focus on automation scripting and reporting
• Handson experience in designing and delivering integration solutions
• Strong proficiency in Maximo configuration customization and integration
• Extensive experience with Maximo scripting languages eg JavaScript Python and reporting tools eg BIRT Cognos
• Proven leadership and team management skills
• Excellent problemsolving and analytical abilities
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively in a fastpaced dynamic environment
