Job Summary:

We are looking for a seasoned Maximo Technical Team Lead with 12+ years of experience in Maximo development, automation scripting, reporting, and system integration. The role involves leading a development team, delivering IBM Maximo solutions, and ensuring high-quality technical implementation.

Key Skills & Experience:

Expertise in Maximo scripting (JavaScript, Python) and reporting (BIRT, Cognos)
Strong integration and customization experience
Proven leadership and team management skills
Familiar with IBM Tririga, HxGN EAM, and enterprise architecture
Skills in Application Rationalization, Business Process Mapping, AR/VR/MR, and Integration Architecture
