Essential Experience:
- Front end design experience
- Creative solution provider
- Automation design experience
- Body in white (BIW) background
- CAD (AutoCAD / Inventor) usage other packages considered
- Engineering background
- Technical knowledge - automation, robotics (FANUC, ABB, KUKA), controls (Siemens)
- Understanding of robot integration
- Cycle time
- Able to advise on the ‘best’ solution
- Industry 4.0 understanding
- Costing ability
- Customer facing experience, as a technical expert
- Automotive sector experience
- Robot programming
- Automated welding processes
- Electrical standards
- Latest safety standards
