This local site drives product development and production of specialist marine lighting systems and aligns with Garmin’s wider global culture of technological excellence and integrated operations.
Purpose of the role
Business activity at Garmin Swansea has grown significantly over the past 12 months, placing increased demands on the Engineering function. To maintain our high standards and effectively support expanding production, we require an additional Mechanical Engineer to ensure operational efficiency and continued product excellence.
You will provide support to onsite production operations, ensuring efficiency, high-quality right-first-time assembly. Contributing to continuous improvement initiatives, supporting the upkeep and development of existing products, mechanical systems, jigs, fixtures, and documentation, and works closely with production and process engineering teams.
