As part of our growth in the UK, we’re seeking an experienced Mechanical Project Manager to lead hotel fit-out projects in Central London.

The Role

As Mechanical Project Manager, you will lead the delivery of hotel fit-out projects, ensuring completion on time, on budget, and to the highest standards. This is a hands-on role where leadership, planning, and commercial awareness are key.

Key Responsibilities

• Full ownership of mechanical delivery across fit-out projects
• Control project budgets, schedules, and client expectations
• Manage procurement of subcontractors, plant, and materials
• Oversee mechanical installation and sequencing of works
• Drive safety, compliance, and quality assurance at all stages
• Prepare weekly project progress reports and attend progress meetings
• Lead coordination meetings with design teams and specialist contractors
• Maintain strong client relationships and identify new opportunities

What You’ll Need

• 5+ years’ experience in mechanical project management (M&E contracting environment essential)
• Proven experience managing hotel or commercial fit-out projects
• Strong leadership and team coordination skills
• Commercial acumen and ability to manage CVRs
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Strong communication and stakeholder management experience
