We are seeking an Biddable Media Manager to execute analyse optimize and comprehensively report on paid media programs within the EMEA region Ideally you have a strong background in paid social programmatic display display accountbased marketing and digital partnerships Knowledge of paid search SEO email social organic as well as print TV and radio are a bonus
Strong budget management skills and excellent relationship management skills will be key to collaborating with stakeholders across our various lines of business vendors and agencies to deliver wellexecuted and successful campaigns
The main goals of the Biddable Media Manager are to
Develop sophisticated integrated media campaigns partnering with our local stakeholders and agency partners
Educate our partners on which types of advertising tactics to deploy within set budgets and according to specific KPIs
Support the automation of programmatic advertising by working on strategic datadriven projects
Activate strategic campaigns and optimize accounts in partnership with key leaders using your skills in programmatic paid social display and search
Identify and implement optimizations adhering to our measurement framework to ensure that appropriate KPIs are met through working with stakeholders and agencies
Understand dashboards to present to our stakeholder base to deliver realtime reports

Online programmatic display contextual ABM
Social Platforms Facebook Twitter and LinkedIn
Buying bidding process across DSPs
Segmentation of audiences and data
Ad trafficking and importance of pixel tracking UTM parameters remarketing
Predictive analytics Machine learning Google Adwords Bing Advertising SEO all a bonus
Regulatory directives
GDPR PECR
Knowledge of and or proficiency with marketing technology tools
Adobe Analytics Google Analytics DCM DMPs DSPs Datorama etc
Minimum of 5 years of integrated media management and campaign experience
Experience designing and executing multimedia campaigns is essential
Experience of working within a media agency or publisher is desired
Experience launching and executing programmatic display advertising
oLead direct response strategy and manage endtoend campaign execution within JPMs DSP and direct buys
oEvaluate inventory sources data analytics solutions and technology platform options in the marketplace
oImplement and optimize performance tactics across multiple acquisition campaigns
oTest new DSP partners to accomplish incremental conversions and revenue for the business
oDevelop partnerships with our display partners to ensure were following best practices and gaining access to relevant betas
oConduct quarterly testing for display and create a yearly strategic roadmap to ensure both shortterm and long term success of the program
oNegotiate and execute PMPs and direct deals
Experience launching or managing a third party on Paid Social campaigns across LinkedIn Facebook Instagram Twitter etc
Understand the importance of segmentation of data across channels
Intellectual curiosity drive selfstarter
Excellent verbal interpersonal and written communication skills
Bachelors degree in Marketing MIS BS or equivalent desirable
