The Role:

Join our rapidly growing company at the forefront of innovation in Haematology and Oncology. We are looking for a passionate and forward-thinking Medical Science Liaison (MSL) to bridge the gap between cutting-edge science and real-world clinical practice.

In this highly influential role, you’ll act as a trusted partner to Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs), healthcare professionals, and scientific experts, providing advanced disease state and product insights that shape the future of patient care. As our subject matter expert, you’ll deliver / approve a timely, accurate, and impactful scientific exchange—whether through clinical trial feedback, strategic knowledge-sharing, educational presentations, or engaging discussions at healthcare professional meetings.

Beyond informing best practices, you’ll play a critical role in supporting product launches and pre-launch strategies, ensuring that medical professionals have the latest insights aligned with industry regulations. This is an opportunity to be at the heart of transformative healthcare conversations, influencing decision-making and driving innovation in Haematology and Oncology treatments.

The Person:

• Expertise in Haematology and Oncology, with a strong understanding of Accord Healthcare’s therapeutic areas.
• Expertise in prostate and/or lung cancer desirable
• Previous experience as a Medical Science Liaison or in a similar medical function.
• Ability to translate complex scientific and clinical data into high-quality, accessible medical insights.
• Strong knowledge of the UK healthcare system, particularly within oncology, urology, and field-medical activities, including local regulatory frameworks.
• Skilled in delivering compelling medical and scientific presentations.
• Exercises good judgment on clinical, regulatory, legal, quality and technical related compliance issues; ensures compliance obligations are met across all areas of responsibility.
• Adept at managing customer relationships, projects, and internal stakeholders with a compliance-focused mindset.
• Proactive and solutions-driven, with a positive, flexible approach to challenges biased towards finding solutions.
• Exceptional team player, demonstrating accountability and a strong sense of ownership.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a dynamic environment.
• Excellent interpersonal skills, fostering effective communication with internal and external stakeholders.
• Skilled in building strong relationships, influencing decisions, and problem-solving in medical and scientific settings.
• Fluent in English, with outstanding communication abilities.
• Valid driver’s license.
