A high-profile private healthcare clinic in Marylebone is seeking an experienced and highly organised Private Obstetrics PA / Medical Secretary to support a team of leading obstetric consultants. This is a pivotal role delivering a seamless, professional, and compassionate experience for private patients throughout their pregnancy journey.

Key Responsibilities

• Proactive diary, clinic, and inbox management for obstetric consultants
• Coordination of antenatal, postnatal, scan, and hospital bookings
• Preparation and distribution of clinic letters, reports, and test results
• Acting as a key point of contact for private obstetric patients
• Liaising with hospitals, insurers, and multidisciplinary clinical teams
• Managing obstetric packages, documentation, and billing processes

Essential Experience

• Previous experience as a private medical secretary or PA (obstetrics, gynaecology, or women’s health preferred)
• Excellent communication and organisational skills
• Strong medical terminology knowledge
• Professional, discreet, and empathetic patient manner
• Confident using electronic patient record systems (e.g. Semble, Epic)
