Conference, Bars and Events department.

full events journey - from initial enquiry and sales through to execution and post-event reporting.

What You’ll Be Doing
You’ll be fully immersed in both
sales and operations, learning from a supportive team while taking on real responsibility:
This is a hands-on internship where you’ll gain experience across both
sales and operations:
- Respond to enquiries, create proposals, and help convert bookings
- Organise and support events from planning to delivery
- Liaise with clients and internal teams to ensure seamless experiences
- Assist with invoicing, payments, and reporting
- Support general office tasks and event set-ups as needed
Who We’re Looking For
This is an ideal role for someone keen to build a career in events, hospitality, or venue management. You’ll be a confident communicator, well-organised, and willing to roll up your sleeves.

- £28,808 annual salary (pro rata on length of contract)
- 20 days holiday + bank holidays (pro rata)
