About you:
- You will have a passion for delivering a premium customer service acting as the face of the brand in our client's premium flexible office space.
The Team:
As Member Experience Executive you will be one of the first faces of the space and brand. You will thrive in customer interaction and will take immense pride in delighting your members and guests daily. You will liaise with our service partners on a day-to-day basis to ensure the space is providing everything they need and support the Flexible Workspace Manager with the running of the space. Every conversation counts, every relationship matters.
What you will be responsible for:
Member Experience and Customer Service Excellence
- Act as the face of MYO’s brand by consistently providing a high level of customer service. Ensure all member, guest, and contractor interactions are handled promptly, professionally, and with a focus on exceeding expectations.
- Respond to member requests and enquiries across various channels (in-person, email, telephone) in a timely and efficient manner, resolving issues or directing them to the appropriate team when necessary...
- Using the front desk as an opportunity to connect to members and build relationships
Space Management
- Own the creation and cultivation of a positive, engaging environment that reflects MYO’s culture and values, ensuring that members feel welcomed and supported.
- Manage the setup of meeting rooms, ensuring that audio-visual equipment and facilities are ready for use for member meetings, events, and presentations.
- Provide significant reception coverage, including greeting guests, answering queries, and handling administrative tasks such as managing visitor logs.
- Support on facilities management tasks and projects
Event Planning and Execution
- Take ownership to plan and execute a variety of member events that promote community engagement and align with MYO’s brand. These events may include networking opportunities, workshops, activations and member-focused social gatherings.
- Flexibility to support adhoc evening events
- Oversee the event budget, ensuring events and activities are delivered within financial limits while maintaining quality standards.
Administrative and Financial Support
- General Office Administration: Assist with day-to-day administrative tasks, such as maintaining records, SOP’s and handling internal communication to ensure smooth operations of the site.
- Support in the creation and management of purchase orders for services and supplies, ensuring appropriate financial controls are in place.
Team and Service Partner Coordination
- Assist the Flexible Workplace Manager in overseeing the operational needs of the space, including service partner management, site activities, and overall member experience.
- Work with external service partners, including cleaning and maintenance teams, to ensure that agreed service levels (SLAs) are met and that any issues are promptly resolved.
- Provide Backup Support: Act as the point of contact in the absence of Flexible Workplace Manager, ensuring continuity of operations and that site activities continue without disruption.
Community and ESG Engagement
- Foster a sense of community within the workspace, encouraging collaboration among members, promoting networking opportunities, and acting as a liaison between the business and local communities.
Your skills, experience and qualifications:
Essential criteria
- Proven track record of customer service in a similar customer-facing role, ideally within flexible office spaces, coworking environments, hospitality, retail, or events industries.
- Experience in engaging with members or clients, listening to their needs, and delivering personalized solutions that align with their business goals.
- Experience managing the day-to-day operations of a workspace including organising and overseeing the maintenance, cleanliness, and functionality of the space.
- Previous experience and desire to perform front desk duties
- Experience in planning, organising, and executing events and activations that engage members and foster community.
- A strong understanding of the flexible workspace or co-working industry
