This is an on-site role for a Mental Health Nurse located in City Of Westminster. The Mental Health Nurse will be responsible for assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating individualized patient care. Daily tasks include administering medication, providing therapy sessions, monitoring patient progress, and collaborating with a multidisciplinary team. The role is integral to delivering high-quality mental health care and support to our diverse clientele.
- Experience in assessing, planning, and implementing patient care
- Proficiency in administering medications and providing therapeutic interventions
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team
- Knowledge of mental health disorders, behavioral issues, and relevant treatment methodologies
- Current nursing license and relevant certifications
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing or a related field
- Prior experience in a mental health care setting is a plus
- Commitment to providing compassionate and individualized patient care
