Day Support Worker
South Grove House - Autism & Mental Health
Bamber Bridge, Preston
Full-Time Day Shifts - 38.5 Hours Per Week
£12.60 per hour / £25,225.20 per year
7:45am - 7:45pm shifts on a two-week rolling rota
Week 1: Monday, Tuesday, Saturday, Sunday
Week 2: Wednesday, Thursday, Friday

About South Grove House
South Grove House provides tailored, person-centred residential care and support for men aged 18+ with autism, mental health conditions, and complex needs. The service is designed for individuals transitioning from hospital settings or stepping up from supported living or other residential provision, supporting them to develop skills and independence in a safe, structured, and empowering environment.
Our approach focuses on positive behavioural support, structured routines, and individualised care plans that help residents build confidence and thrive in their daily lives.
