MEP Head of Operations

A leading MEP contractor in London, specialising in large scale residential and commercial builds, that boasts a reputation for delivering some of the city’s landmark schemes, is recruiting a brand new position within the company – UK Operations Lead.

This role is essentially the lead for all UK operations, as far north as Scotland, to the South Coast of England. You will focus on delivery, client management, business development and be the link between day-to-day operations and the calculated, healthy growth of the business.

The ideal candidate will come from a strong building services background, have experience managing multiple live projects, be a proven leader and be driven by the prospect of taken a reputable, profitable business to the next level.

Salary circa £115,00-£130,000 DOE

Responsibilities:

• Overall responsibility for delivery of UK operations
• First point of contact for client, directors and external consultants
• Overall responsibility for recruitment requirements
• Management of current client relationships with a continuous efforts in business development
• Planning your own diary between each live and upcoming project
• Heavily involved in preconstruction of upcoming projects
• Responsible for healthy growth of business

Requirements:

• 5+ years in a senior leadership role
• Proven track record of delivering MEP projects in excess of £30m+
• Very well organised and capable of managing workload
• Degree educated or trade background in Building services
• Career driven and positive working mentality
