MEP Manager / Electrical Manager – Major Residential Developer

MEP Contractor Start: February
We’re working with a leading UK developer on the next phase of their landmark Brentford residential scheme, comprising two blocks totalling 400 units (Phase 2A and 2B).
They’re now looking to appoint an Electrically-strong MEP Manager – or an experienced Electrical Manager – to join the project team ahead of the MEP contractor’s start on site in February.
The Role:
You’ll play a pivotal role in the early enabling and services phase, managing extensive utilities and groundworks packages, including:
- Coordination of multiple underground services
- Working closely with civils teams on services/utility installations
- Overseeing the tidy-up and completion of Phase 1
- Ensuring technical standards and programme targets are met
This is a great opportunity for someone with strong experience in utilities and services to join a top-tier developer with a long pipeline of work and a reputation for delivering quality schemes.
What We're Looking For:
- Electrically-biased MEP Manager OR experienced Electrical Manager
- Strong background in utilities, groundworks, and service installations
- Previous experience working on multi-unit residential developments
- Proven ability to work across early-stage and live phases of major schemes
Package:
- £80,000 – £85,000 plus package DOE
