We’re hiring an experienced MEP Manager for a flagship retirement village development. This multi-phase project includes over 100 luxury homes, a health & wellbeing centre, restaurant, and club facilities - all set within 19 acres of parkland. High end residential to a T.

You’ll oversee all mechanical and electrical packages on-site, working for a respected main contractor known for investing in its people, not just filling roles. Expect support, and a clear path toward Senior Management for those who deliver.

🔧 What we’re looking for:

• Solid M&E experience on residential or mixed-use projects
• Strong subcontractor management and coordination skills
• Able to drive programme, quality and compliance across all services
• Comfortable working closely with design, site and commercial teams

This is a long-term role on a landmark project with real career growth potential.
