LSH Auto is excited to announce an opening for a Mercedes Benz Business Manager at our prestigious dealership in Macclesfield. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the sales operations for our Mercedes Benz range, driving performance, and ensuring a premium customer experience.
You will leverage your automotive expertise to foster business growth, motivate the sales team, and build lasting relationships with our clients.
Hours - 40
Salary - £33,000 Plus OTE potential up to £91,000 and Company Car
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and lead the sales team to achieve and exceed sales targets
- Develop and implement effective business strategies that align with our overall company goals
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify business opportunities
- Ensure the delivery of excellent customer service throughout the sales process
- Prepare and present sales reports and forecasts to senior management
- Collaborate with marketing and service departments to enhance customer offerings and promotions
Requirements
The ideal candidate will possess:
- Proven experience as a Business Manager or in a similar role within the automotive industry, preferably with luxury brands
- Strong knowledge of Mercedes Benz products and a passion for the brand
- Exceptional leadership and team management skills
- Excellent communication and negotiation abilities
- Analytical mindset with a strong ability to interpret sales data and trends
- Commitment to delivering high-quality customer experiences
- Full UK driving licence is essential
