Mergers and Acquisitions Director - Up To £100,000

We are working with a boutique corporate finance firm founded in 2014, specialising in board advisory, fundraising, and M&A for ambitious, founder-led businesses in the marcoms and tech sectors. They are young, energetic, and entrepreneurial and are looking for someone who is too.

🌟 The Role As a Director, you’ll work closely with their partners across multiple high-impact engagements. The expectation will be leading M&A activity and bringing across your network. Also, looking for strong TMT sector knowledge.

You will:

• Project manage complex M&A transactions
• Conduct high-quality financial and commercial analysis
• Prepare buyer lists, teasers, and confidential information memoranda
• Evaluate offers and support clients through due diligence
• Coordinate with legal, tax, and other advisers
• Build financial models and perform valuations

🧠 What We’re Looking For

• Experience in marketing services and/or technology sectors
• Project managing sell side mandates (compulsory)
• Proven track record managing deals and meeting deadlines
• Entrepreneurial mindset and a self-starter attitude
• Comfortable working in a small, ambitious team
