Mergers and Acquisitions Manager

I am working with a top 15 firm who is seeking a commercially astute and ambitious M&A Manager to join their growing Corporate Finance team. This is an exciting opportunity to work on high-impact mid-market transactions, collaborate with senior stakeholders, and play a key role in shaping the future of our advisory offering.

As an M&A Manager, you will:

• Lead and support sell-side and buy-side transactions, from origination through to completion.
• Prepare and review Information Memoranda, financial models, and valuation analyses.
• Manage client relationships, acting as a trusted advisor throughout the deal lifecycle.
• Coordinate with legal, tax, and due diligence teams to ensure seamless execution.
• Contribute to business development, identifying opportunities and supporting pitches.
• Mentor junior team members and contribute to a collaborative, high-performance culture.

What they are looking for:

• ACA qualified (or equivalent), with strong technical and commercial acumen.
• Proven experience in Corporate Finance/M&A, ideally within a top 20 firm or boutique.
• Strong understanding of financial modelling, valuation, and transaction structuring.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• A proactive, entrepreneurial mindset with a desire to grow and make an impact.
