Full Time | Permanent | Sunday–Wednesday or Wednesday–Saturday (avg. 40.25 hrs/week)

We’re on the lookout for an experienced MHE Trainer to deliver first-class training for our Material Handling Equipment operators at MM Flowers — one of the UK’s leading suppliers of premium flowers and plants.

🛠 What You’ll Be Doing:
- Delivering RTITB-accredited (or equivalent) training on MHE equipment (forklifts, reach trucks, pallet pullers, etc.)
- Running novice, refresher, and conversion courses for new starters and existing team members
- Leading classroom sessions, hands-on assessments, and post-certification checks
- Managing training records and ensuring full audit compliance
- Partnering with the safety and operations teams to support continuous improvement
- Supporting the site through peak trading periods and helping to scale training delivery
✅ What We’re Looking For:
- RTITB (or equivalent) Certified Trainer
- Solid experience delivering MHE training in a warehouse or logistics environment
- Strong understanding of pre-use inspections, safe systems of work, and H&S compliance
- Confident communicator, with a proactive and practical approach to training
- Experience keeping training records and working in line with audit standards
Desirable but not essential:
- Knowledge of WMS systems, logistics, or FMCG warehousing
- Experience delivering training during high-volume trading periods
