We're looking for a skilled M365 Consultant to support the delivery of modern workplace solutions to drive employee engagement and increase collaboration for a Boutique Consultancy. We're seeking hands-on, client-facing roles where you will combine deep technical expertise with strong consultancy skills, advising clients.
You'll be responsible for translating business requirements into technical solutions and working closely with the sales team, contributing technical expertise in pre-sales workshops and proposal development.
🔑 Key Skills & Experience:
- Strong technical expertise in Microsoft 365, particularly Viva Engage, Viva Connections, SharePoint Online, and Teams.
- Familiarity with Microsoft 365 migration approaches and common migration tools.
- Excellent communication skills, with experience presenting to non-technical stakeholders.
- Proven track record of providing technical input during discovery sessions, scoping workshops, and client demos alongside the pre-sales team
- Experience working with consultants and sales teams to shape technical elements of proposals, including approach, effort estimates, and risk considerations.
- Contributed to statement of work development and helped identify opportunities for account growth through technical improvements.
