PURPOSE OF JOB:
To lead and work alongside the Microsoft CSP Help Team to ensure that individuals are well managed and trained, and all duties within team are carried out to schedule, with accuracy and meet internal SLAs, as well as looking to improve processes and systems used.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- To act as a 1st point of escalation for team lead and provide motivation as well as identify training needs of team members
- Understand programme and operational changes to the Microsoft CSP programme and assist in implementing processes to manage them
- Monitoring CRM Cases, ensuring the smooth running and development of the tool
- Provide internal support on Microsoft CSP process and operational queries
- Represent Bytes at relevant Microsoft hosted training workshops.
- Maintain relationships with other key BSS Departments – inc. relevant meeting attendance.
- To ensure workload is covered when team members are absent through holidays or sickness
- Continuous analysis of CSP programme processes ensuring the business is working efficiently.
- Identify and enhance processes and systems
- Lead and assist MS Operations Manager with projects
INDIVIDUAL RESPONSIBILITIES
- Work with MS team to ensure clear communication with sales
- To carry out and maintain a PDP process with team members
- Ensure constant improvements with dev/system team
- Co-ordinate Sales Support /Account Dept /Purchasing Dept shadowing for team members.
- General admin duties
- To help develop new procedures and guidelines where necessary.
- To ensure all deadlines are met, daily close downs & end of month
QUALIFICATIONS, EXPERIENCE, & SKILLS:
Educational Requirements
- Educated to GCSE Level with Grade 5 or higher in Maths and English - ESSENTIAL
Professional Qualifications
- MLSS & MLSE Exams - DESIRABLE
Years of Experience
- 2+ Years within a management role - DESIRABLE
Other Requirements
- To be office based in Leatherhead 3 days a week - ESSENTIAL
