We’re looking for a proactive Desktop Support Engineer to join our growing IT team. You’ll play a key role in delivering 1st and 2nd line support across a Windows-based environment, with strong exposure to Microsoft 365, Azure AD, Intune, and Active Directory.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide 1st and 2nd line support for users across hardware, software, and network issues
- Set up and manage Windows 10/11 devices using Intune and Autopilot
- Support user account management via Azure AD and Active Directory
- Troubleshoot issues with Office 365, VPN, MFA, and conditional access
- Assist with device compliance, patching, and general IT security upkeep
- Maintain technical documentation and contribute to knowledge base articles
- Support onboarding/offboarding processes and user provisioning
About You
- 2+ years’ experience in a similar Desktop Support / IT Support role
- Strong experience with Microsoft technologies: Windows 10/11, Azure AD, Active Directory, Intune (MDM)
- Exposure to cloud services (Azure or AWS) is a plus
- Familiar with tools like Defender, Mimecast, or Crowdstrike
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Comfortable working in fast-paced, multi-site environments
