We are currently seeking an experienced Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (F&O) Technical Architect to join our expanding Microsoft Dynamics practice in Somerset. This is a fantastic opportunity for a technical leader to shape architecture, drive innovation, and ensure successful delivery of complex D365 F&O solutions across enterprise clients.

The Role

• Lead the technical architecture and design of D365 F&O implementations.
• Define and enforce best practices, coding standards, and technical governance.
• Collaborate closely with functional consultants, project managers, and customer stakeholders.
• Provide oversight for data migration, integrations, customizations, and environment management.
• Drive high-quality technical solutions that align with business goals and Microsoft’s product roadmap.
• Troubleshoot and optimize performance, scalability, and security of D365 environments.
• Guide and mentor development teams to ensure successful delivery of project milestones.
  
  

What You Will Bring

• Minimum of 10 years of experience in Microsoft Dynamics AX / D365 F&O
• Minimum of 3+ years in a Technical Architect role.
• Proven track record of leading technical designs and delivering end-to-end F&O implementations.
• Experience with Financial Operations (F&O) and related modules.
• Deep understanding of D365 environment management, deployment processes, and Microsoft cloud architecture.
• Ability to engage both technical and business stakeholders effectively.
• Microsoft certifications in Dynamics 365 F&O are desirable.
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering, or related field.
