Mid-Level Tax Associate, US Firm (3-6 PQE)

Hydrogen is currently partnered with a top-tier US law firm seeking a mid-level Tax Associate to join their London office. The team is highly regarded for its work across a broad range of international and cross-border transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, corporate restructurings, joint ventures, and capital markets. The practice is especially active in structured and leveraged finance, with strong expertise in securitisations and complex financing structures.

The team advises a diverse client base, including private equity and credit funds, investment banks, multinational corporates, and infrastructure investors. Recent work spans aviation, real estate, energy, infrastructure, and financial services—covering both transactional and advisory tax matters.

The ideal candidate will have 3–6 years of post-qualified experience (PQE) at a leading law firm with a strong background in transactional tax. Candidates should have excellent academic credentials, strong technical and commercial skills, and a proven track record of client engagement or business development.
