Mid-Market Account Executive

AI/ML SaaS

Location: UK (Remote)

Salary: up to £180,000 OTE


I’m working with a fast-scaling SaaS client at the forefront of the AI/ML ecosystem. Their platform helps engineering teams monitor, troubleshoot, and improve AI in production, powering the shift from traditional ML to generative AI and agentic systems.

They’re now looking for a high-performing Mid-Market Account Executive to drive new business acquisition and enterprise growth across the UK & Europe.


What You’ll Do:

  • Hunt, win, and grow new enterprise accounts
  • Build strong relationships with AI/ML stakeholders (C-suite + technical)
  • Run full-cycle sales: discovery → POC → close → expansion
  • Prospect strategically and create tailored sales plays
  • Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Customer Success to drive adoption


What We’re Looking For:

  • 5+ years of SaaS sales experience with consistent quota achievement
  • Skilled in navigating complex enterprise sales cycles
  • Entrepreneurial, motivated, and comfortable in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent communicator with both technical and business stakeholders
  • Experience with MEDDIC/BANT preferred
  • Experience selling into Data Science, Machine Learning, or Software Engineering buyers.
