Who You Are


You’re a creative team with 3-5 years of agency experience, ready to build on your existing skills and make your mark. You have a portfolio that demonstrates your ability to think conceptually and creatively, and you're eager to take on more responsibility. You’re comfortable working on a variety of briefs, from digital campaigns, brand development to social content, and you’re keen to learn and grow within a supportive and collaborative environment.


You’re confident in your ideas and can articulate them clearly, and you’re receptive to feedback that will help you grow. You work well with others and are happy to get stuck in and collaborate with different departments to produce great work. You’re organised, reliable, and passionate about what you do.


We are seeking an established creative duo/experienced creative partnership that can hit the ground running, leveraging their established working dynamic.


What You'll Be Doing


You’ll be a key part of our creative department, working on a diverse range of projects for our clients and for our own in-house initiatives. You’ll have the opportunity to develop your skills and take on new challenges, contributing to everything from initial concepts to final execution. You'll be supported by our senior creatives, who will provide guidance and mentorship to help you produce your best work.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Work as a conceptually-led creative team, bringing fresh ideas and a positive attitude to every project.
  • Respond to a variety of briefs, from social and digital campaigns to branding and content creation.
  • Collaborate with the wider agency team, including strategists, producers, and designers.
  • Develop your craft and skills, with a focus on producing high-quality, effective work.
  • Manage your time effectively to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines.
  • Present your work internally and, when appropriate, to clients.
  • Be a proactive and positive member of the team, contributing to our creative culture.


Your Skills

For the writer:

  • A love for language and a knack for writing clear, concise, and engaging copy.
  • A good understanding of tone of voice and the ability to adapt your writing style for different audiences and platforms.
  • A strong grasp of grammar and a keen eye for detail.
  • Proficiency in Google Suite.

For the art director:

  • A strong visual eye and a passion for design.
  • Proficiency in Google workspace, Figma and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
  • The ability to translate concepts into compelling visuals.
  • An understanding of design principles and best practices for digital and social platforms.
