At Right Formula, we harness the power of sport, in particular, Formula 1, to create extraordinary activations and award-winning campaigns for some of the world’s biggest brands. Creativity and excellence are at the heart of everything we do — and now we’re looking for a talented Mid-weight Graphic Designer to join our growing Creative team.

What you’ll do:

As part of our in-house Creative team, you’ll:

🎨 Bring bold ideas to life across digital, print, social and live events

📌 Work on everything from race collateral and event branding to campaign assets and presentations

🤝 Collaborate with designers, creatives, and client teams to deliver high-impact work

👩 💻 Present design concepts confidently to clients and colleagues

🌍 Keep our work fresh by staying ahead of design trends

What we’re looking for:

• Significant experience in design (agency or sports marketing background a bonus)
• A portfolio that shows off both creativity and executional craft
• Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
• Bonus: skills in motion graphics or video editing
• A detail-driven, collaborative designer who thrives in a fast-paced environment
