With 70% growth last year the agency is growing at a rapid rate but we’re only just getting started… In 2025 we have ambitious plans for our agency and to truly become the stand-out social agency in the UK, the US and beyond.

About the role:
We’re looking for a bold, ideas-driven Social Creative to join our dynamic Campaigns Team at Coolr.
The job 💻
- Conceptualise and develop bold, campaign-led creative ideas for social platforms (TikTok, Instagram, X, YouTube, and more)
- Write compelling, platform native copy that enhances big ideas and drives engagement
- Be hands on with always-on (BAU) TikTok work, from ideation to scripting ensuring content is reactive, relevant, and on-brand
- Deliver campaign-led creative alongside reactive and editorial content
- Confidently interpret client briefs and brand guidelines, transforming them into breakthrough creative that gets noticed
- Collaborate closely with Client Services, Strategists, and our in-house Studio to bring ideas to life
- Push clients to take braver, more interesting creative risks that stand out in crowded social feeds
- Present your work clearly and confidently, both internally and in client-facing situations, including new business pitches
- Stay plugged into social trends, platform updates, and digital culture with an instinct for what makes campaigns succeed online
What we are looking for 👀
- Proven experience working in a social first agency, delivering standout creative across a range of platforms and clients
- A genuine passion for social media, culture, creativity, and brand storytelling
- Deep understanding of platforms, audiences, and the fast-moving nature of the social landscape
- A sharp eye on industry trends, cultural moments, and emerging formats with the instincts to turn them into standout ideas
- Ability to thrive under pressure in a fast-paced agency environment, balancing tight deadlines with high creative standards
- Exceptional copywriting and conceptual storytelling skills, from big campaign ideas to short form captions that stop the scroll
- Detail obsessed, creatively ambitious, and always pushing work to be bolder, smarter, and more relevant
