The Rol

eWe're looking for a passionate Middleweight Designer to join our in-house creative team at TRIP. You’ll play a key role in evolving and executing our visual identity across packaging, digital marketing and brand campaigns, from new product launches to seasonal campaigns, social content, and in-store experiences

.This role is ideal for a highly creative designer with strong conceptual thinking and a sharp eye for detail who’s excited about working in a fast-paced, agile environment

Responsibiliti

esPackaging Desig

  • n:Create and adapt packaging artwork across our product range, including cans, boxes, and retail-ready format
  • s.Collaborate with product, operations, and growth teams to ensure designs meet technical and regulatory requirement
  • s.Evolve and maintain brand consistency across formats and range

s.Campaign & Brand Creativ

  • e:Design compelling visual assets for marketing campaigns across digital, social, email, retail, and OO
  • H.Translate campaign concepts into effective design systems and content across channel
  • s.Collaborate with copywriters, content creators, and marketing to ensure cohesive storytellin

g.Digital Marketin

  • g:Create engaging and conversion-driven assets for social media ads, email marketing, influencer collaborations, website landing pages, and digital partnership
  • s.Work with the marketing team to optimise designs for performance, testing variations and incorporating feedback from campaign dat

a.Brand Stewardshi

  • p:Maintain and evolve our visual brand identity across all touchpoint
  • s.Contribute to creative ideation and concept development session
  • s.Help art direct photo and video shoots, ensuring visuals align with brand aesthetic

s.Team & Time Managemen

  • t:Adhere to the company's best practices regarding workflow, processes, and creative standard
  • s.Apply critical thinking to continuously develop and enhance creative wor
  • k.Embrace constructive feedback, implementing it effectively to ensure that the final deliverables are on time and align with the objective
  • s.Encourage clear and proactive communication throughout the entire studio team. Collaborate effectively to ensure that all stakeholders are aligned and that project goals are achieved efficientl
