What You’ll Do:
Premier League Productions is seeking the world’s most exciting creative talent to join our in-house Creative team, delivering best in class creative that engages and inspires Premier League fans across the globe.
We have an opening for a Junior to Middle-weight level Creative to join our team on a fixed-term contract for next season. As a Creative Assistant Producer, you will write, direct and edit promotional and creative content for the Premier League’s global broadcast partners.
Fearlessly creative and passionate about elite football, the Creative Assistant Producer will work on briefs from conception through to final delivery across both story-led hero promos and templated rundown style promos. You will have a brilliant grasp of promotional copy and creative scriptwriting and the ability to see ideas from creative conception through to delivery.
We are looking for someone with a sound understanding of the production process who is experienced in working with both archive VT content as well as concepting and directing original promo shoots. You will bring a sharp eye for detail and a proven track record of delivering brilliant video edits.

Key Responsibilities Include But Not Limited To:
- Writing, editing and directing promotional and creative content using both VT archive and original filmed footage.
- Working on briefs to promote Premier League matches in a variety of styles from hero story-based promos to run-down style templated ATV promos.
- Responsible for wider seasonal campaigns and evergreen content such as player or club stories.
- Work closely with our in-house design team as well as Editors and post-production partners. This will include collaborating with a team and ensuring creative output is delivered on time to the highest creative quality.
You Will Have The Following Strengths:
- A proven track record of delivering brilliant creative content, preferably promos.
- Experience of delivering engaging storytelling through film/video.
- Understanding of the creative production process working with both archive and original footage.
- Proven capability of delivering storytelling that connects with a global football audience.
- Ability to conceptualize ideas into fully developed scripts and storyboards.
- A strong grasp of promotional creative copy and script writing.
- Ability to pitch a visual story concisely.
- Experience working on set with DOPs and confidence around high profile talent
- Highly proficient in self-editing and experienced in using Adobe Premiere.
- Experience of or desire to learn filming athletes both in their natural sporting arena and in a studio environment.
- Passionate and knowledgeable about football design, film and social content.
- Experience of creating within established brand guidelines.
- Experience working for or within a broadcast organization.
