MLOps Engineer

Location: Hybrid -London (2/3 days a week in office)

Salary: Up to £85,000

A leading global organisation is seeking an MLOps Engineer to support the growing demand for data-driven solutions in highly regulated environments. The role sits within a mature data and AI team focused on building scalable machine learning systems and continuous improvement across complex operational processes.

Responsibilities:

• Design, build and maintain robust ML pipelines to support model development, testing and deployment
• Work with cross-functional teams including data scientists, analysts and engineers to ensure models are scalable and production-ready
• Implement CI/CD processes, monitoring, alerting and automated retraining pipelines
• Support the governance, traceability and validation requirements necessary for models used in sensitive or regulated domains
• Develop and maintain cloud-based and on-premises infrastructure as required

Desired Skills and Experience:

• Strong experience deploying and operationalising machine learning models
• Familiarity with cloud environments (AWS, Azure or GCP) and containerisation (Docker, Kubernetes)
• Solid understanding of DevOps principles, CI/CD pipelines and infrastructure as code (e.g., Terraform, CloudFormation)
• Proficiency in Python and experience with workflow orchestration tools (e.g., Airflow, MLflow, Kubeflow)
• Comfortable working in environments where data integrity, auditability and system reliability are essential
• Experience supporting models in production within regulated or process-heavy industries is highly valued
