MLOps Data Engineer - Fashion Retail

A global lifestyle brand is seeking a skilled MLOps Data Engineer to join its CIX team. This team is responsible for leveraging consumer insights and predictive analytics to deliver personalised experiences across all brands and channels. The role will focus on enabling scalable machine learning solutions and supporting data-driven decision-making to enhance product relevance and customer engagement.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain scalable data pipelines using Snowflake and Snowpark

• Collaborate with data scientists to integrate ML models into production environments

• Optimise large datasets for analytics and machine learning applications

• Monitor data quality, performance, and lineage across workflows

• Support deployment and maintenance of ML models in production

• Write clean, modular Python code for data processing and orchestration

Requirements

• Strong proficiency in Python, SQL, data modelling, and data warehouse architecture

• Hands-on experience with Snowflake and Snowpark

• Experience with ML pipelines including training, evaluation, and deployment

• Experience with MLflow or similar MLOps frameworks

• Duration: 12-month fixed-term contract

• Salary: £65,000 – £75,000, depending on experience

• Location: Hybrid, with 2–3 days per week in the central London office
