As a Mobile Engineer, you’ll be at the forefront of this mission, helping us to build a scalable geo-location platform which helps keep people safe wherever they are in the world.

Track24 is looking for a skilled and adaptable Mobile Engineer, who thrives in a cross-functional environment, values clean, secure code, and is ready to take ownership of the entire mobile experience. You will join our existing Mobile Engineer to continue to build robust mobile features to our app, AtlasNXT. You’ll collaborate closely with Engineering, Product, DevOps, QA, and Data teams to plan and execute roadmap features, drive testing and CI/CD practices, and ensure performance and reliability at scale.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support the development of mobile development on AtlasNXT for both Android and iOS using Flutter and React Native
• Contribute to technical planning and delivery across the Engineering roadmap
• Work cross-functionally with Product, DevOps, QA, and Data teams to ensure end-to-end delivery
• Review and contribute to the design, implementation and maintenance of mobile apps and supporting services
• Maintain a strong focus on code quality, performance, and secure engineering practices
• Champion engineering ways of working and contribute to evolving team best practices
• Support incident management, system availability and on-call responsibilities
• Stay ahead of mobile development trends, tools, and platform updates

Requirements

• Strong experience in mobile development, with production-level apps in Flutter and React Native
• Experience working with geolocation and time-series data
• Strong technical foundation and experience building scalable, secure, and reliable mobile systems
• Experience integrating mobile apps with distributed, event-driven systems
• Familiar with CI/CD pipelines and test automation for mobile platforms
• Skilled in debugging, observability, and performance monitoring
• Proficient with project management tools like Jira or Linear
• Willingness to be involved in out-of-hours support when needed
• Excellent team and communication skills—able to explain complex technical issues clearly to non-technical stakeholders
