Your Role
As part of our Enterprise & Projects engineering team, you will travel to multiple customer and Fujitsu locations on a daily basis to carry out a variety of tasks, including:
- Troubleshooting and resolving IT-related issues across Networks, Servers, Storage, and EPOS systems.
- Installing and maintaining IT equipment in diverse environments, following Fujitsu’s high standards.
- Collaborating with end-users, support teams, project managers, and service managers to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Managing your own schedule and administrative tasks efficiently.
- Traveling daily across the South East region (and occasionally the UK) to support our clients.
As s Mobile It Engineer, you'll have the opportunity to make a real impact by contributing directly to our clients' success and business operations. We foster continuous learning through comprehensive training in Network, Server, Storage, and EPOS technologies.

Your Transferable Skills And Experience
- Knowledge of Network, Server, or Storage products, previous experience and qualifications are desirable, however not essential for the right candidate.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Attention to detail and the ability to follow technical instructions.
- Strong time management and organisational skills.
- Passionate about technology
- A full UK driving license.
Must be willing and eligible to undergo security clearance.
