Our Building Services division provides complete Facilities Management of properties throughout the UK, providing mechanical and electrical engineering support, cleaning, catering and grounds maintenance on a planned and reactive basis, using technological solutions to manage our teams in the most efficient ways.
We are looking for a Mobile Supervisor to join the Commercial Property Maintenance team on site in Central London.
You’ll:
- Build and maintain strong, honest, and professional relationships with clients through regular communication and updates, ensuring a deep understanding of each building's and Facility Manager’s (FM's) specific requirements.
- Monitor and ensure workforce performance, work quality, safety standards, and compliance are consistently aligned with current contract specifications and service agreements.
- Take ownership and oversight of Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) and reactive maintenance tasks, including quotation preparation and submission, while working closely with the Helpdesk team to ensure timely and effective delivery.
- Monitor and review that engineers’ complete tasks accurately and in line with current contract specifications, ensuring correct documentation, comprehensive logbook entries, and full compliance with agreed Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
- Ensure both you and your team understand the importance of meeting SLAs and the implications of missed targets and incomplete/poor-quality documentation.
- Provide hands-on operational support where necessary to maintain service continuity, uphold site performance, and meet client expectations.
What you’ll bring to the role:
- Qualified in engineering discipline at NVQ level or higher
- Electrical Experience Essential
- 17th / 18th Edition
- LV/AP - Advantage
- HV/AP - Advantage
- Mechanical Experience - Advantage
- Experience of FM service delivery
- Sound knowledge of H&S Legislation and some knowledge of COSHH
- Ability to communicate both verbally and in writing with all levels of employee, customer and client
- Ability to manage and prioritise a demanding and varying workload
- Ability to deliver projects on time and on budget
- Knowledge of Concept CAFM systems preferred
