Mobilisation Specialist

Were looking for an enthusiastic individual with a passion for customer service to join our dedicated Mobilisation team as a Mobilisation Specialist. Reporting to the Head of Mobilisation, youll play a key role in smoothly onboarding new clients and their properties into our security ecosystem.
This is a varied role that blends operational coordination, like arranging surveys and key collections, with tech-based tasks such as creating system logins, uploading property information, and configuring pricing. You'll also act as a vital link between our clients and our national network of subcontractors (referred to as Partners), ensuring seamless service delivery from start to finish.

You'll Be (but Not Limited To)
- Mobilising new properties, by taking them from the sales process through to an active site, liaising with our clients and partners to arrange surveys and handovers.
- The first point of contact that new clients have with us beyond the sales process, and you will therefore be responsible for their first impressions of our capability.
- Using data to allocate clients and their sites to the best possible partners as well as negotiating on rates to ensure that we are getting the best possible service at the best possible price.
- Taking ownership of the data ensuring a property has accurate information in the right place is critical before mobilising our services.
- Implementing complex service requests from our clients (such as setting up schedules and bespoke operational processes).
- Manging BAU administration tasks, such as processing keys, completing a wide range of cases within our operational platform, whilst distributing and completing tickets.
- Employees may be assigned to other duties, in addition to, or in lieu of, those described above as per the needs of the company.
You Should Apply If You Have
- Outstanding communication and customer service skill - both written and verbal
- Strong multi-tasking skills and the ability to work to deadlines
- A flexible, people-first approach and the ability to tailor your communication to suit the audience
- Superb time management and organisation
- A calm, friendly, methodical approach - even under pressure
- Experience managing stakeholders, including both clients and subcontractors
- Excellent attention to detail
- Strong IT literacy
